Looking for the best Keratin shampoo? We tested over 20 Keratin shampoos based on several parameters to find the most effective, and high quality keratin shampoo. Check it out!
Keratin can be assimilated into your hair in two ways. The first is getting a keratin treatment done in a hair salon, which will also result in straighter hair for a few months.
The second is to use keratin induced hair products like keratin shampoo. The chemical intake is much lower in case of hair wash at home.
If you are unsure about which product to go for, check out this list curated by me and my team.

Factors the HairstylePedia Trichology experts considered for the evaluation of these shampoos:
Even though all these products contain keratin, their composition and formulation differs. To make sure the differences are accurately identified and informed, I have composed a few parameters to evaluate them. Me and my team have tried on these products and rated them on the scale of 1-5.
- Smoothness: These products should result in smoother and nourished hair because that is the central purpose of using Keratin
- Rejuvenation: They should help detangle the hair and reduce damage and split ends
- Amino Acids: The effectiveness of the product can be determined by the number of amino acids; the higher the better.
- Gentleness: The composition of chemicals should be nominal to ensure they do not harm sensitive hair.
